My wife and I used Ronnie Bredahl as our Realtor when we moved to Austin from Houston in the fall of '06. Ronnie had helped several of my friends find homes, and everyone had great things to say about him. It took us quite a while to find the right home, but through out the process Ronnie was very patient and gave us great insight on why a home might/might not be a good deal. While we were looking for a home we were mostly in Houston, doing our research on-line. We would find something that we thought looked good, and Ronnie would take the time to go to the house and get lots of pictures and email them to us. This really helped us narrow down the properties that we wanted to look at when we were in town. Additionally, we were very impressed by his knowledge of the Austin real estate market as well as home construction. When we finally found the house we wanted, Ronnie negotiated a very good price and was able to get the seller to make several concessions.
